One of CASM's CJCs Nancy is conducted research focusing on the Disposable Food Ware Ordinance by collecting data based on restaurant chains/ food establishments within Santa Monica through deliveies. This study was done to indicate whether food establishments are following @cityofsantamonica Disposable Food Ware Ordinance which indicates that food ware must not be plastic.
