Throughout April, we can spring into all kinds of climate actions that express a fierce love for Mother Earth. Seed bombs spread planting wildflowers, not edibles, to burst forth in barren or untended lands. The story and history are fascinating. On Saturday, April 15, a Seed Bomb Social takes place at noon at Santa Monica’s Virginia Park Library Annex, 2201 Pico Blvd. The Kidical Mass ride on Earth Day, April 22, 9 – noon, will also involve seed bomb making and fun. Hop on a bike to ride with the young from Memorial Park to Virginia Park Drive Community Gardens.
